Clay Cooley Central Kia

At Clay Cooley Central Kia, we worked around the constraints of an operational car dealership, carefully coordinating the partial demolition of an existing building while simultaneously performing site grading to accommodate expanded parking areas.

We also moisture-conditioned 10 feet of the building’s subgrade and applied a 1-foot cap of select fill, ensuring a stable and properly prepared foundation for future construction.

Promontory San Martin

At Promontory San Martin, we handled the site grading for a small retail store located next to an existing store lot. This included thorough preparation of the paving subgrade, along with moisture conditioning to a depth of 5 feet. We then applied a select fill cap at the building pad to ensure a stable and properly reinforced foundation for future construction.

At Horizon MOB, we tackled a 13-acre site, demolishing existing structures to clear space for six new lots. One of these lots was designated for a medical office building, where we meticulously performed site grading to prepare for paving.

In addition, we moisture-conditioned 12 feet of the building pad subgrade, followed by the placement of a 2-foot select fill cap, ensuring a durable and stable foundation for the future structure.
